PSI2 targets draft-pick
This version of analysis was done on 10/31/2005, after
NYSGXRC resubmitted its cleaned list. The older version
(10/29/2005) of the analysis can be found here.

* MCSG's submission has ~200 targets assigned to wrong tiers,
i.e., some tier2 targets are put into tier1, etc. The original list was corrected with
this perl script, and here is
the log of the
corrections.
Output from version 2 of the
draft-pick script with "-random" option
For each tier,
targets are officially drafted for targets/4 rounds. After that,
the remaining targets are assigned only if they are
selected by one or more centers. The end result: you will only
get those targets that are on your list, and each center may get
different number of targets depending on their input list. This
is designed for the fact that each center has their own
blacklist.
