Progress at PSI
Over 2500 experimental structures have been determined in a little over 7 years of protein structure initiative (PSI). About 82% of those structures originated from one of the 4 large-scale centers (BIG4) and over 55% of those were determined over the last 3 years. The BIG4 consortia continue to produce largely novel structures with very high modeling leverage.
